Laser cutting is one of the most efficiently and flexibel art of the sheet processing. There you can get the advantege of the precision by high concartated laser baem combinated with CNC techology. Please send us your RFQ. We can give you an individual offer for your individual demand.

Bending

We bending the sheet metal parts with our Ermaksan Bending Maschine. Maximum press power is 220 tonnes. With this maschine can we the parts fast at high precision producing.

Rolling

Wit this process we can rolling steel, aluminium and other special materials. It can be made tubes, arced surfaces, cones. With our maschines we can rolling up to 8mm thickness and 2500 mm long.

Welding

In our company are two welding process used.
TIG welding make a clean, slag-free welds. The fusion is perfect, the welds are smooth. There are no further grinding, brushing needed. It can be used for every metal parts. Its possible to do by hand and by robots too.

MIG welding is an versatile and cost saving process which can be used in any welding positions. This process available by thin sheets, thick sheets and by sheets with middle thickness too. Its advised for steel and aluminium alloys where you lot to do by hand-made welding.
